All tenants with RUBS (Ratio Utility Billing Systems) charges in their buildings are welcome to join! RUBS is a scam that landlords use to charge tenants hundreds of dollars for utilities like water, sewer and trash each month. LATU members are fighting RUBS in their buildings and also trying to change the law for all tenants in LA.
